The Fitment Registry · Replacement tip compatibility

Waterpik.

The messiest lineup of the four. Tips are NOT universal: countertop and cordless take different Precision tips, several specialty tips exclude whole product lines, and the Sidekick has its own dedicated tip.

Not sure which model you own? Waterpik doesn't state a location in the pages we cite — look on the base of the unit or in its manual to confirm your model.

Precision Tip JT-100E (formerly Classic Jet) — countertop §

Manufacturer-confirmed

Waterpik's JT-100E page lists it for countertop flossers — including Ultra (WF-100, WF-112), ION, and the seven Aquarius models it names — and explicitly rules out four lines: Sidekick, Sonic-Fusion, Whitening, and Classic.

Ultra
WF-100, WF-112
Aquarius
WP-660, WP-662, WP-663, WP-665, WP-667, WP-668, WP-669
ION, Ultra Plus, Promax, Evolution + other current countertop and Complete Care models
WF-11W020-1, WF-150, WF-23W010, WF-33W010 and more — full list on Waterpik's JT-100E page

Does not cover: Sidekick, Sonic-Fusion, Whitening, and Classic water flossers (Waterpik's own exclusion list).

"Classic Jet" was renamed "Precision Tip" — older guides and listings still use the old name for the same tip.

Precision Handheld Cordless Tip JT-450E §

Manufacturer-confirmed

The cordless Precision tip is a different part from the countertop one. Waterpik lists the JT-450E for all of its handheld cordless flosser models.

current cordless models; full list on Waterpik's JT-450E page

Does not cover: Not listed for countertop models — those take the JT-100E instead (see its row, which carries its own exclusions).

Buying the wrong Precision tip (countertop vs cordless) is the most common Waterpik mis-buy — check which flosser you own first.

Plaque Seeker Tip PS-100E (implants, bridges, crowns, retainers) §

Manufacturer-confirmed

Waterpik lists the Plaque Seeker for most of its flossers — countertop and cordless — with five named exclusions: Sidekick, Sonic-Fusion, Whitening, the Cordless WP-360, and Classic.

Does not cover: Sidekick, Sonic-Fusion, Whitening, Cordless (model WP-360), and Classic water flossers (Waterpik's own exclusion list).

Pik Pocket Tip PP-100E (periodontal pockets) §

Manufacturer-confirmed

Waterpik's tip guide lists the Pik Pocket tip for three model families: Aquarius, Ultra, and ION.

Aquarius, Ultra, ION
per Waterpik's tip guide (PN 20025806-F)

Does not cover: Not listed for cordless models in the guide.

Implant Denture Tip DT-100E §

Manufacturer-confirmed

The narrowest fit in the whole registry: Waterpik lists the Implant Denture tip for exactly one flosser — the ION.

ION only
per Waterpik's tip guide (PN 20025806-F)

Does not cover: Not listed for any other model in the guide.

If you have implant-retained dentures and a non-ION flosser, this tip is not an option — the Plaque Seeker (with its own exclusions) is Waterpik's implant-adjacent tip for other models.

Stylus Tip WF-04-STYLUS (the Sidekick's replacement tip) §

Manufacturer-confirmed

The Sidekick sits on the exclusion list of every standard tip row above — because it has its own part. Waterpik sells a dedicated Stylus Tip made for the Sidekick (model WF-04), listed for exactly two model numbers.

Sidekick
WF-04CD010-1, WF-04CD010-9

Does not cover: Not listed for any other model — and none of the standard tip rows above list the Sidekick.

If you own a Sidekick, this is the only replacement tip Waterpik lists for it (white/chrome WF-04-STYLUS-WC or black/copper WF-04-STYLUS-BC).

Tongue Cleaner Tip TC-100E §

Manufacturer-confirmed

Waterpik's own guide is circular here: it lists the Tongue Cleaner for "any compatible" water flosser without naming models. We render that ambiguity rather than resolve it by guessing — check your model's tip list before buying.

"Any compatible Waterpik water flosser" (Waterpik's wording — no model list given)
unspecified by the manufacturer

Does not cover: Unknown — the guide names no exclusions for this tip.

This row exists to show what the registry does with a vague source: state exactly what the manufacturer said, and no more.

Common questions

Are Waterpik tips universal?

No — that's the biggest mis-buy in this lineup. Countertop and cordless flossers take different Precision tips (JT-100E vs JT-450E), and several specialty tips exclude whole product lines. Check your model against the entries above. See the entry ↑

About these rows

Every row restates the manufacturer's own published documentation in our words, with the source linked and the check dated. We never copy their tables, and we never fill gaps by inference — a vague source is rendered as vague. If a row links a replacement part, it is the brand's own product listing (not a third-party compatible) and it clears our standing review floor; the link is an affiliate link and is marked.

What the chips mean: Manufacturer-confirmed — the maker's own documentation lists these exact models (not that any manufacturer reviewed or endorsed this page); Manufacturer rule — derived from a general compatibility rule they publish, not a per-model list; Third-party claim — a seller's claim, rendered as theirs, never as a confirmed fit.

Waterpik is a trademark of its owner. Dental Roundup is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Waterpik — we cite their published documentation. Compatibility documentation changes; the dates above show when we last checked each source. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
